THE GUIDE HELPS
EVERYONE PARTICIPATE!

Created By A Pastor.
Built To Foster Real Conversations.

The Circle was created as a response to a very real need, inside a real, growing church.

After years of leading midweek studies and small groups, we needed a system that created real engagement — without adding more prep to an already full pastoral schedule. So we built one.

The Circle is the exact framework we use in our own church to move people from passive listeners to active participants — and from participants to leaders.

THE CIRCLE TURNS PASSIVE ATTENDERS INTO ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS!

We're on a mission to build the Kingdom by providing resources that help the church fulfill the Great Commission.

The Opener

Briefly prays over the session and ask the Lord to guide the study time together.

The Reader

Reads the main scripture passage aloud, while the rest of the group follows along.

The Leader

Guides the group through the provided discussion questions and helps guide the conversation.

The Closer

Gathers any prayer requests from the circle and wraps up the session by praying over the group.

The Circle Builds Active Participation

At the start of each gathering, four group members volunteer to serve as the Opener, Reader, Leader, and Closer —creating shared ownership and ensuring no one carries the study alone. Every role is clearly outlined in the guide and requires zero prep beforehand.

Hosting Multiple Groups At The Same Time?

The included Facilitator Guide helps leaders introduce each session with confidence by providing biblical context, key takeaways, and a simple roadmap for launching discussion. It's especially useful for churches, classes, and ministries guiding multiple groups through the same study.
